$4 Vintage Thrift Haul – Items for refashioning and vintage style

I know you love to see what I get at the thrift store! So here is my latest thrift haul, not so many vintage items, but there are lots of items ready to refashion into vintage style outfits!

So on Saturday, I had just enough time to duck out quickly in the early hours f the morning to check out the local garage sales!

This one was a tiny little church sale.

I did find a number of unique vintage items that I thrifted. One, in particular, a metal spiky thing that I had no idea what it was!!

But turns out it’s a vintage flower frog for holding flowers in place!

This was’ bargain cental’ thrift haul, as the whole lots was only $4!! What a bargain right!

I found some great modern thrift store clothes that will be perfect for refashioning into vintage style! And I cannot wait to get a chance to do something with that hat!

As always I love to read your comment and would love to hear what you liked from my vintage thrift haul!

Until next time

I think you and your site is delightful! I really like the fact you wear the ‘old time fashions’. My favorite era is the twenties. I am following you faithfully. If you posted something every hour, I would do nothing but watch your site! So…. just once a day is fine. I am in the USA, in the State of Arkansas! Thank you so much for posting.

Hi Evelyn, I had an idea for that spikey object you found, maybe it’s a felting tool for woollen items you can repurpose. I love felt hats, scarves, bags, etc, see if you can use it for felting. If it’s successful, maybe you can put a video about it. 🙂
