Seeking an operations superstar for a part -time subcontract role It is approximately 5-10 hours per week and is a remote role, so you can be anywhere in the world! This role is best suited to someone who is gifted at back-end operations and just loves getting technology and software to work seamlessly.

The main function of this role is to implement the ‘how’ of all the big ideas and new projects for the company. Basically, be the person that gets all the back-end software and technology to work, for both the day-to-day operations and marketing projects for Vintage Sewing School.
You will have experience in operating an online business, preferably in a small-scale online business, either coaching or education preferred.

Specifically working in the backend mechanics of running an online business including setting up and monitoring of sales funnels, sales pages, landing pages, opt-in’s etc.

This position is best suited to someone who wants to shine in small company and grow their position as the company grows. 

Duties include:

• Setting up of sales funnels, exit surveys and monitoring results to continually improve conversions.
• Creating sales pages, landing pages, opt-in’s and working to continually improve results on these assets.
• Implementing updates to the student experience at VSS (hosted on Thinkific) such as certificates, new look dashboard, and behind the scenes activities in the community.
• Linking of all software the company uses (such as Thinkific, Convertkit, Asana, Dropbox, Circle, WordPress, Stripe) and creating automations for workflow wherever possible.
• Implementing new offerings and upgrades to VSS such as integration of PayPal and yearly membership options.
• Creating step-by step processes for recurring activities within the business.

You will have:

• Exceptional knack and ability for making all different technologies work nicely together with a vision to see automation opportunities and ability to implement them.
• Experience with online learning platforms (Thinkific favorable but not essential).
• You make lists of list and take organization to the next level.
• A natural love of numbers, orderly processes and monitoring of results.

You will be rewarded with:

• This is a part time, subcontractor/freelance role. Approx. 5-10 hours per week with rates to be discussed at interview. Paid twice monthly via PayPal.
